Dr. Regan is a seasoned physician with a strong focus on Emergency and Obesity Medicine, medical group administration, and telemedicine leadership. He began his career in 2010 as an attending physician and has since built a robust portfolio of experience across clinical care, telemedicine, and healthcare administration. Licensed to practice in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., Dr. Regan currently serves as the Medical Director for the Network of Virtual Physicians, a national network committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and compassionate virtual care.

In addition to his leadership role at the Network of Virtual Physicians, Dr. Regan is the Collaborating Physician and Medical Consultant at Trimly overseeing their concierge-grade weight loss programs. He is also a Medical Consultant for Nutrisense weight loss. His expertise spans telemedicine with a particular focus on weight management, virtual urgent care, and both men’s and women’s health.

Dr. Regan is also an Efficiency Coach for the All in Remote (AIR) Physician Academy, where he mentors physicians transitioning to digital health, guiding them through obtaining multi-state licensure and identifying off-market opportunities in telemedicine.

Dr. Regan completed his Emergency Medicine residency at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in 2010, after earning his MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2007. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which he earned in 2003. Dr. Regan was board-certified in Obesity Medicine in 2024.
